Where's The Show is operated by Mayhem Purveyors LLC ("Mayhem Purveyors," "we," "us," or "our"). The Where's The Show mobile app (the "App") helps you discover underground live music shows in your city. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information. If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address. Sign-in is passwordless — a one-time code sent to your email, or, where available, Sign in with Apple or Google. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive a private relay address instead. We never collect or store passwords.
Your activity in the App. When you are signed in, we store the venues and shows you save as favorites and your notification preferences, so they sync to your account.
Push-notification token. If you enable notifications, we store a push token from your device (via Expo) so we can send new-show alerts and saved-show reminders. You can turn notifications off at any time in the App or your device settings.
Advertising and usage data. The App displays banner ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect a device advertising identifier (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID), coarse device information, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads. On iOS, we ask your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any tracking identifier is used; if you decline, you still see ads, just less personalized ones.
Device and diagnostic information. As with most apps, our infrastructure processes basic technical data (device type, OS version, IP address) for normal operation and security.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the App:

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account in the App, which permanently removes your profile, saved shows and venues, friend connections and pending requests, shared-show inbox, notification preferences and history, and device push tokens from our systems. Feedback and event-data corrections you may have submitted are retained in anonymized form, unlinked from any account.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, use in-app account deletion or contact us at hello@wherestheshow.app.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We operate from the United States. If you use the App from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and may highlight material changes in the App.
